Da begynner det å nærme seg start på NM i abborfiske.
De fleste burde ha mottatt sine faktura via mail. De siste som meldte seg på kan forvente seg den i dag. Hvis det er noen som har meldt seg på og ikke mottatt noen faktura innen i morgen så send meg en mail på sondre@villmarksbutikken.net. Send meg helst en ny mail på det og ikke svar meg i denne mailen. Minner om betalingsfrist 06.09.
Det har vert stor pågang og det er mange påmeldte lag. For at det skal gå så problemfritt som mulig, spesielt med å få ut alle båtene før start så har vi følgende anmodning:
For de som har mulighet og ønske om å komme dagen før så vil vi ha 2 representanter ved Haugnes Camping fom Fredag kl:15:00, 08.09. Vi hjelper til med båtusetting og overnattingsmuligheter. Vi setter opp 2 store lavvo, men dere kan også ta med eget telt. Husk å ta med sovepose og liggeunderlag / feltseng.
For de som kommer på Lørdag så har vi båtrampe på Haugnes og Prestegardshagan. Vi starter med utsetting av båter fra kl 07:00. Møt opp i god tid.!! Vi vil også ha en representant til å hjelpe dere med båtutsetting ved Prestegardshagan.
De som stiller med mindre båt med mindre motor (inntil 9,9HK) stiller alle på Haugnes.
For de med større båt og større motor så er Pretegardshagan ett godt alternativ. Her har vi parkering til minimum 15 biler m henger.
Alle lag burde helst kjøre kun 1 bil.
Jeg har behov for tilbakemelding på hvilken dag dere møter. Send meg svar i denne mailen på om dere møter fredag eller lørdag. Om dere skal benytte dere av båtrampen på Haugnes eller om dere kunne tenke dere Prestegardshagan. Det er også veldig ønskelig å få vite om dere allerede har båt liggende på Hurdalsjøen, skal benytte dere av en annen båtrampe enn de 2 vi skal benytte, eller ikke har behov for båtrampe.

1: kontrollpunkt. Her vil vi stanse biler som skal på konkurransen ettersom det kun er plass til en bil i bredden ned mot båtrampa og opp til parkeringsplassen.
2: Parkering. Parkeringen mot Nord er den prioriterte.
3: Her vil vi sette opp lavvo på fredag og det vil være muligheter for å sette opp egne telt.

5: Ankringspukter. Vi har mye plass til å line båter langs land. De som ligger dypest i vannet burde primært ligge fra der 5-tallet står og østover.

The Norwegian PerchFishing Campionship is closing in.
Most of you should have received an invoice per mail by now. If some of you have not received an invoice by tomorrow, send me a notification at sondre@villmarksbutikken.net. NB: Do not answer this post regarding your invoice, send me a new mail. The invoice must be paid for within 06.09.
There are many contenders that have signed up for the competition. In order to make this go as smooth as possible, we have certain guidelines and recommendations that you need to read through. Especially in order to get all boats on the lake within the start.
We are going to have two representatives present on Friday (08.09) from 15:00, for those who wants and have the opportunity to show up the day before. We will help you with releasing and docking your boats and we are going to have two Lavvo´s (BIG tents) on the site for you to sleep, eat and keep warm in. But if you would like to use your own tent then that can be arranged, no problem. Remember to bring your sleeping bag and ground pad / bedchair.
For those of you who are showing up on Saturday (competition day) we are going to use two boat releases Haugnes and Prestegardshagan. We will start this process from 07:00, and we recommend you to be there in good time before the competition. We will also have a representative attending the Prestegardshagan boat release this day, to help you out with the release and parking.
We recommend that the ones who are going to use smaller boats with smaller engines (up to 9.9HP) release their boats at Haugnes. While Prestegardshagan is a good alternative for those who have larger boats and engines. At Prestegardshagan there is room for at least 15 cars with hangers.
We recommend all teams to only use one car to get to the competition.
I am in dire need that all of you give a confirmation regarding the following subjects: Answer me in this mail if you are showing up on Friday or Saturday. If you are going to use the boat release at Haugnes or Prestegardshagan. It is also most important that you notify me if you all ready have a boat in Hurdalsjøen, or going to use another boat release, or if you do not require a boat release.

1: Checkpoint: All cars will be stopped here before they can proceed. This is due to the road to the boat release is too narrow for two meeting cars.
2: Parking: The one to the North is the prioritized parking spot.
3: Campsite (this might be alternated).
4: Boat release site Haugnes.
5: Anchor spots. There is a lot of room for anchoring your boats. For those of you who have bigger boats, the best spots is from where the number «5» is drawn and up that north side.
