3,5″ er ikke lange saken.
Ser at John bruker den på walleye der han kjører med dipsey diver.
Må jo passe perfekt til vår abbor.

This is an odd ball that I had around the shop that I finished a while back. It is a 3″ solid resin shad bait. My friend Mike from the east coast sent a couple of bodies a couple of years back to tinker around with. I modified the lip slot a touch and made six or so. I thought this bait would be great for walleyes with leadcore line or off a dipsey diver in Lake Erie. It just swims along with a nice little waggle. It would be a nice bass bait also. If casting it …………. it will only dive a couple of feet down. The square edged lip gives it a nice hard edged wobble. You can crank it in as fast as you can it just keeps right up with the pace.
I made one in one of my favorite colors for Lake Erie this summer and gave it a go. It was a late summer bite and fish were down in the 53 depth range. I put it on a dipsey rod and sent it down. It didn’t take long. I thought is made a steelhead that was on but to my suprise it was a 30-1/2″ walleye weighing 10.1 lbs. Ten pounders are real tough to come by in the summer. Everything must have just worked out that day. I painted this one in a more natural shad pattern.
