Karl Mattis Nyheim sto det på mailen vi fikk her en dag. Vi ønsker å kjøpe Duo av dere sto det videre. Ja vel tenkte jeg å tok opp telefonen og ringte opp. En hyggelig kar ved navn Karl Mattis svarte. Det ble en hyggelig prat, og nå setter vi i gang. Herlig med en butikk så langt nord, spesielt i forhold til sortiment valget. Litt andre ting i tillegg til det det går mye av her nede ønsket de.
Forsto kjapt at sjøørretfiske var hett der oppe og det ble snakk om fisk opp til 80cm. Ikke rart Tide Minnow serien er ønsket der oppe da. Dette er high end wobblere som må være magisk til fiske der oppe. Og sjøfiske er stort og det er jo mange flotte røye og ørretvann. Ikke så mye abbor 😉
Her er modellene som i løpet av våren vil inta Nordreisa Kommune på Storslett. De vil komme i flere farger.

The Flyer 140 is a sinking model created based on the Tide-Minnow Slim 140 with special attention paid to its casting capabilities. By adapting the action response from the sophisticated original model, we have created a top of the line lure. Not only does the overwhelming castability give the angler an advantage in strong winds and the ability to explore hard to reach areas, but it is also a great entry model for beginners who are learning to cast.
The original 175SP gave anglers a much needed suspending model from the Tide Minnow range of lures. This led to the development of the 140SP. The strengths of the larger 175SP have been combined into a smaller package allowing anglers to target fish that they would not get with the larger model. The lure will sit quietly in the water until a jerk releases its enticing moves to get a quick bite! While the 140SP performs well in many water conditions, it has been developed for optimum performance in the high salinity of the Mediterranean area.

A new way with a high pitch Wedge!
CONCEPT
The original Wedge 120S is a voluminous pencil lure with a relaxed swing. What anglers needed was one more Wedge that would awaken new potential targets!

The Press Bait Saira is a slim and long-bodied jig minnow created to mimic the thin, long bait-fish sought by Tuna and other large migratory fish species. It has a unique body design, with sufficient strength and weight for use with heavy tackle. This lure has allowed new tactics for anglers fishing on or offshore.

The Press Bait Fusion is a lure with castability rivaling a metal jig, a ‘spoon-like’ swimming action and a realistic look difficult to achieve with metal construction. The back weighted jig swimmer that will fly!
CONCEPT:
A minnow shaped jig was needed, one that could be thrown far and used easily by anyone. High appeal flashing was also a necessity for this new type of jig.
DESIGN:
The Plate Jig has a thin plate that forms the front part of the lure and is attached to the main body/weight. The weight of the body was positioned at the back of the lure to increase casting performance. The thin plate at the front is made for effective flashing and improved swimming performance. The Plate Jig will swim vigorously when retrieved with a highly appealing irregular action.
APPLICATION:
It is recommended to use the snap that is provided for easy operation. The 15g and 20g models are best for shallow areas and are applicable to a wide rage of SW target fish. The larger 30g and 40g are great for seabass, flounder, flatheads, and many other fast SW game fish. The Plate Jig is designed to be a high appeal lure that works with a simple cast and retrieve. The colour range consists of high flash colors with a wide application while the matte colors are better for lower light times of the day around dusk.

The Press Bait Heavy Duty Series possesses a ‘level fall’ (sinking horizontally) and a natural swimming response. It also has the strength to withstand the brunt of repeated attacks by large migratory fish species. Drag Metal Superslim is the first model in the Drag series to be made out of zinc. Because of its slim silhouette, it has an excellent castability, the rear centered weight gives it an attractive falling position, when many bites occur. CONCEPT
This jig concept was born from the need for a jig to move with an effective flashing effect. With this purpose in mind, the Drag Metal Force was developed to enact a falling action with highly alluring flashing effect.
DESIGN
The key design element of the Force is the asymmetrical design of its body. One side is flat while the other side is convex, allowing the lure to enact an alluring falling action with the convex side down. The angular design of the convex side gives it the enhanced flashing effect that will bring the bites you need. Despite the asymmetry of the body shape, the lure is designed to maintain perfect balance during straight retrieves thanks to its relatively long and thin design.
