Drennan Vertex Carp Feeder Rods
The Drennan Vertex Carp Feeder rods have a nice through action which is great for playing fish and for avoiding hook pulls.
Available in 10ft and 11ft, the Carp Feeders are ideal on commercial carp waters from bank or platform. The rod handles everything from silverfish to F1’s and bigger carp.
Optimum mono reel lines are 4lb to 6lb for the 10ft model and 4lb to 8lb breaking strain for the 11ft. The rods are ideal for casting bombs and feeders at a variety of ranges. The rods include two tips each; the 10ft model is supplied with a 1.5oz Glass and 2.5oz Carbon tip and the 11ft model has a 2oz Glass and 3oz Carbon tip.

The Drennan Vertex Method Feeder Rods have a nice through action which is great for playing fish and for avoiding hook pulls.
Available in 10ft and 12ft and designed for accurate casting of a range of ground bait and method feeders. Ideal for commercial fisheries.

The Drennan Vertex 12ft Carp Waggler has a nice through action which is great for playing fish and for avoiding hook pulls.
Lightweight and perfectly balanced with progressive reserves of power and a tip action to minimise hook pulls. The rod handles everything from small silverfish to F1’s and plays bigger, hard fighting carp perfectly.
Ideal float reel lines are 4lb to 6lb breaking strain (approx 0.16 to 0.22mm) fished with lighter hooklengths. Ideal for all sizes of wagglers.

Drennan Vertex 12ft 2pc Carp Waggler Rod
It is an ideal choice for casting bombs and feeders up to 25 metres when targeting bream, tench, F1s and match-sized carp to 8lb.
This great-value rod comes with two push-in slow taper glass Feeder Tips of 1oz and 2oz for registering the shyest of bites. It can also be conveniently folded into two for ease of transportation.
The 9ft (2.74m) length makes it a great choice for tight swims. The short length also enables you to bring fish much closer to the bank without having to stretch so far to net them.
Short rods like this have become increasingly popular for accurately casting across to the far bank of narrow, canal-type ‘snake lakes’. These rods also excel when fishing a feeder just metres from the bank – but make sure you use this tactic in conjunction with a freespool reel or a slackened clutch, as the takes can be explosive!
Ideally matched with reel lines from 4lb to 8lb and hooklengths from 3lb to 6lb and feeders up to 30g.
